Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms.

By accessing journeyos.in or submitting a demo request, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. JourneyOS may modify these terms; continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Use of the service.

journeyos.in is a public discovery surface for the JourneyOS method. You may read, share, and reference the content for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the content to train derivative AI products without written permission.

Pilot engagements with JourneyOS are governed by a separate signed master service agreement and per-pilot data processing agreement; those documents control over these public terms in any conflict.

3. Intellectual property.

Content on journeyos.in (text, images, design, code, the JourneyOS name and brand mark) is owned by JourneyOS or its licensors. The JourneyOS method, the underlying behavioral layers, the simulation architecture, and any derivative outputs from a pilot engagement remain JourneyOS intellectual property except to the extent specifically licensed to a client under a signed master service agreement.

Client pilot outputs (the customer-type definitions and intervention recommendations generated during a specific engagement) are licensed to the client per the master service agreement and remain client-usable after engagement close.

4. User content and submissions.

Information you submit through the demo request form (name, work email, optional mobile number, company and role, optional conversion-problem text) is used to evaluate the engagement and respond to your request. Submission is voluntary; you can request deletion at any time per the privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties.

journeyos.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JourneyOS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content. The diagnostic claims on this site are method descriptions, not service guarantees; service-level commitments arise only under a signed master service agreement.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JourneyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of journeyos.in. The exact scope of this limitation is under counsel review and will revise on review.

7. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold JourneyOS harmless from any claim arising out of your use of journeyos.in in violation of these terms or applicable law. Mutual indemnification at the engagement level is governed by the master service agreement. The exact scope and carve-outs of this indemnification clause are under counsel review and will revise on review.

8. Modifications to the service and to these terms.

JourneyOS may modify journeyos.in at any time, with or without notice. JourneyOS may modify these terms by updating this page; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the website and, where applicable, directly to active pilot clients.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India. The exact governing-law clause is under counsel review and will revise on review.
